Hello Theater Face, I got ask this question and hopefully I get some insight on an issue currently facing a community theater that I am part of. The theater hired a new executive director who has no theater experience expect from going to show now & then. As the people who work the events & shows we thought maybe it would work, you know someone from outside the industry to some outside opinions. In my opinion yes the new director did cut some of the fat away the theater but is now shooting down ideas and opinions from people working industry. So all in all I wanted to know, how you get a executive director to listen to the underlings who have experience in making shows happen and putting people in chairs. See More
