Here's the final product. Chicken wire, an old nightgown, a wig head, a mop for hair, all coated in concrete-like stuff. The artist won an award for artistic achievement at our community theatre awards that year.

You can look through Christmas websites for Large lightup christmas angles. They aren't that expensive, you could get one 3 feet high and add a base. Paint it to look like stone. I did something like that for Dirty Rotten scoundrels. we bought a cheap store display and draped paint and glue covered fabric on it to created a lady Madonna statue.
