Putting a Face on Theatre
Hey everyone!
English is not my native language, so I keep checking myself up;) Please I need your opinion - does the following line make sense? How does it feel?
(this is an introductory one-line scene in a film script)
Actors are sitting around the house. MARK, a Russian director, 35, jumps on stage.
DIRECTOR
"Ladies and gentlemen, in three days we are doing a run through for the producers, and we have a replacement, so no time to relax. Today we start with a technical round for Angela, the whole thing. Shake it up! Act one, scene one."
