A Midsummer Night's Dream – Michael Barnett
There’s a lot of good mood going on here. The lighting is conveying pretty much the entire “forest” here, because I really don’t see how the large mansion façade and balcony would disappear for those scenes, but it works—maybe it’s just because I’ve never pictured Midsummer taking place around a southern veranda, but it does convey enough forest as well as tradition and propriety that would invoke rebellion from the lovers.
A year with Frog and Toad – Floyd Nash
Love the expressions in this photo—whatever those actors are doing, I want to watch them do it. The costuming also looks top notch—the color schemes and patterns of the fabric fit well for the characters of Frog and Toad.
It Was A Very Good Year – Andy Baker
You need to see the full sized version of this photo to do it complete justice. It is a luxe, luxe photo, dripping with the kind of sophistication Sinatra loved to portray.
