<p>I work in a 1500 seat theatre. We charge a flat fee for the venue. We also define what you get for that flat fee. There are additional charges for things like follow spots, digital projector use, special lighting, etc. We charge a per ticket price for box office services. We charge a small percentage to arrange for rental equipment.</p>
<p>I would suggest that you look at the rental schedules of other theatres in your area. Those will give you a good starting point to develope your fees.</p>
