COLORado Batten 72 TOUR
Starting Feb. 1, and running all month, Stephen Ellison will be testing and reviewing the Chauvet COLORado Batten 72 TOUR linear wash feature. (More generally referred to as a cyc light -- among its other uses.) You can see a picture of it on the left. Stephen will weight in with his first impressions, and run some tests -- but, as always, the real review comes from you guys. What do you want to see it do? How would you like to see it perform? So I started a little early trying out the unit. I received the unit on Saturday and got a chance to plug it in today. My first impression was "that is bright". Not a scientific assessment mind you but a candid opinion. In reading the manual I was a little taken aback at the variety of personalities they stuffed into it. On this first day i was just playing around with it and not making any formal observations, but it made a good first impression. I would encourage anyone interested to first look at the manual to gain an understanding of all the personalities.
