Putting a Face on Theatre
I am proping Ionescopade.... not sure how many people are familiar with it, but it has a bunch of magic tricks and sadly I am a mere muggle. I need some advice on great places to acquire cheap magic tricks and or help in making them work on my own without spending too much. FYI, we are doing it in LA, so local would be great, but I will gladly take any magic people or stores across country.
some of the tricks are
-eggs come out of mouth trick (i believe it's a egg sleeve trick)
-fire lit thumb
-water shooting out a finger
-flowers that grow onstage in from of your eyes
-catching LED lights (fireflys) that can go into a bag and still light up (slight of hand, with special lights)
-collapsable broom trick that falls out of a small shopping bag and is full sized
Any magical advice would be appreciated!
Thanks
