Thanks Jeremy...I'm going to continue my search and will let everyone know what I find. We use Constant Contact as well...LOVE IT! We also use Vertical Response just to send out a weekly/bi-weekly broadcast to our membership. They are free and it's a more user friendly third-party system however they don't have the beautiful templates of Constant Contact. I also like how CC can work with social media now.

Constant Contact has been good for us so far. It's certainly robust in what i can do, and I think we push ourselves to use more of it every year, but there is plenty we havent tapped into yet. CoolerEmail, Emma and PatronMail are all other similar services that I know a bit about, but am not completely well versed in.

Colleen, I agree that the new social media aspects of CC are exciting, but i wonder if there will be developments in metrics to track any of it. Obviously we cant currently capture any information about who is seeing our e-blasts when we post a CC unique URL link for people to check out. Very exciting though.
