Our school is looking to get rid of a bunch of our old buildings theater seats. They are in sets of 6 I believe. there are at least 6 sets maybe more. Red velvet. in good condition. They built a new arts building a few years ago but didn't get rid of the old seats. so they now take up too much room. Trying to see if anyone is interested. They are part of an old theater building off of a Northfield Mount Hermon school campus. Price is negotiable. See More

Miking the elementary school age play
So here is what you've got... 25 or so 3rd and 4th graders putting on a production at a school. All of the parents are there to see their child shine like a star, video phones and ipads out ready to capture the moment of a lifetime. The problem is and has always been, you tend to be watching a silent film as you can never hear them. Sorry about the delay in getting back with you regarding the chairs. My partners and I were trying to figure out a way to get the money for them, but unfortunately, we just can't afford them them at this time. The chairs look wonderful and I don't think you'll have too much trouble getting someone else interested so they can once again be put to good use.
Our company is a small community based theatre (Soul Consciousness Theatre Troupe), and we are just beginning to spread our wings. As individuals, we have all worked in performing arts for years for other organizations, so we decided it was time to start our own group. So far, there has been lots of interest and positive energy. Our goal is to buy our own space so we'll have a home for our artists and others who may be working with us at some point. We are located in Cincinnati.
