"If you can supply a mold there are several small packaging companies that do vacuum forms that would likely do those for you. I am in Calgary so I am not aware of who is available in your area."

"You could also try TSA,Inc, in Virginia. They are not in Canada obviously, but they are very reliable, and can make custom forms if, if you ever need them."

Vacuum Formed Panels.

Hi Everyone, I'm looking for information and/or a contact to purchase vacuum formed plastic panels. I'm specifically looking for Spanish clay tile for a set I designed for Much Ado About Nothing at The University of Windsor. (attached is a painters elevation that shows my requirements) I would prefer to do business with a Canadian company so I am not charged import fees at the border. I use a variety of rendering techniques -- some is PS but most of my work is hand drawn and watercolor -- I use Maya to view three dimensional arrangements after I have gotten the basic with a good old fashioned pencil -- shocking isnt...

I've had a lot of success with green shag carpeting -- believe it or not -- it's usually cheap and can often be gotten free from carpet companies' rejects -- it takes some work once you have it -- i.e. trimming, spraying and toning with transparent color, etc.
